Rebecca works primarily for S. David Smith, Jr. within the fields of divorce and family law, corporate and insurance law and general civil litigation. She began her career as a Legal Assistant in 2001 and then joined David in January of 2013. She provides administrative assistance to David and also manages the day to day functions of the office, including secretarial duties such as document preparation, including legal pleadings, estate documents, contracts and other office-related matters. Rebecca graduated from Model High School in 1999, Georgia Northwestern Technical College in 2005 with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Covenant College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management.
She currently resides in Kingston, Georgia with her husband of almost 9 years and their daughter. She attends Seven Hills Fellowship in Rome. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys watching and attending Atlanta Falcons games, traveling and spending time with her extended family and friends.

Tania works primarily for Sidney P. Wright within the fields of residential and commercial real estate, general civil litigation, estates and trusts and corporate law. She began her career as a Legal Assistant in 1998 after moving to Rome and then joined Sid in December of 1999. She provides administrative assistance to Sid by preparing documents for real estate closings and is the contact person for lenders and realtors. She also manages the day to day function of the office, including secretarial duties such as preparing documents, including legal pleadings, estate documents and other office-related matters. Tania graduated from Georgia College & State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Assistance.
She currently resides in Dallas, Georgia with her husband of over 22 years and her four children. In her spare time, Tania likes to attend her children’s sporting events, which includes baseball, football and gymnastics. She is also active in her sons’ Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop.
