S. David Smith, Jr., Attorney
David practices in the areas of divorce and family law, corporate and insurance law and general civil litigation. David serves as a Board Member and General Counsel to State Mutual Insurance Company, a Rome-based life insurance company. He has also served as a Special Master in bar disciplinary hearings, appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia.
